Maintenance Unit Supervisor

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Maintenance Unit Supervisor!

This is a full time direct hire opportunity in Bettendorf, IA, working 12 hour shifts, rotating between days and night every 6-12 weeks, salaried, with a pay range of $70k-$80k based on experience and full benefits.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to achieve our production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with skilled craftsmen to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues swiftly, keeping our production processes running smoothly.
- Uphold fairness and accountability in performance management, recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievements while addressing areas for improvement with tact and professionalism.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Hands-on maintenance experience totaling at least 3 years.
- Supervisory experience overseeing direct reports for a minimum of 2 years.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred candidates will also possess:
- Mechanical expertise to complement their leadership skills.
- Familiarity with union environments.
- A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
